China Luoyang Peony Blossoms Cultural Festival
The 37th China Luoyang Peony Blossoms Cultural Festival was held in Luoyang from April 5 to May 5, 2019. The annual festival was hosted by the Henan Provincial People’s Government, Henan Provincial Culture and Tourism Department and Luoyang municipal government.
The festival featured many interactive activities, including exhibitions, flash mob events, knowledge population lectures, and forums.
To expand the festival’s influence, some preferential policies such as discount tickets and free passage on national highways and tourism routes will be promoted.
