Farmers in Lincheng county of Xingtai, Hebei province, have been busy harvesting pears at an orchard in Beicheng village, which boasts nearly 600 fruit trees that are more than 100 years old on 33 hectares.

The orchard, with its old trees, has gained a reputation as the "centennial pear orchard", an identity that has driven local development.

In recent years, the village has taken various steps to promote rural revitalization, including providing technology training for local farmers, developing livestreaming e-commerce for agricultural products and organizing events such as the Pear Blossom Festival.

The technology training programs have equipped local farmers with modern farming techniques and helped improve the quality and yield of their harvests.

The introduction of live streaming e-commerce has opened up new channels for marketing products and allowed farmers to directly connect with customers and increase their incomes.
