Taizi Bay Park in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province, used to be popular for wedding photography due to the thousands of cherry blossom trees that are planted, which creates a romantic atmosphere.
Taizi in Chinese means emperor's son and the first heir to the throne in ancient China. It was said that the coffins of two emperor's sons were placed in the park in the Song Dynasty (960-1279).
The park is located in the southwest corner of West Lake. Based on the design of traditional Chinese gardens, the park also absorbs western architectural styles, making it a masterpiece that melds both eastern and western elements.
