New flyover near completion in Taiyuan

A flyover is in construction in Taiyuan on Jan 17. The highest point of the overpass is 18 meters away from the ground. From top to bottom, the overpass contains Hengshan Road Viaduct, Xindian Street Viaduct, turning ramps, ground roads and underground passages.
