Zhang Jianmin, executive vice-chairman of Inner Mongolia autonomous region
Zhang Jianmin, born in September 1964, and is a male of Han ethnicity from Luanxian county, Hebei province. Zhang entered the workforce in July 1985 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in June 1995. He holds a doctorate in economics and is a senior engineer (professorship).
Zhang is responsible for the executive work of the autonomous region's government, the region's overall economy, supervisory oversight and the legal system.
