Shandong commits to enhancing business environment

In recent years, Shandong has been continuously implementing measures to improve its business environment, achieving remarkable progress and creating a new atmosphere for businesses.

At a Shandong provincial conference on optimizing the business environment held on June 14, the province systematically outlined a comprehensive plan in eight key areas, including creating an efficient and convenient administrative environment, a competitive and orderly market environment, and a supportive factor environment, to accelerate the development of a first-class business environment characterized by marketization, rule of law, and internationalization.

Attendees of the conference proposed strengthening land use security, smoothing financing channels, optimizing talent services, and providing enterprises with high-quality services throughout the entire life cycle, industrial chain, and production factors.

Shandong will continue to strengthen the management of law enforcement personnel involved with enterprises, standardize law enforcement standards for enterprises, optimize law enforcement procedures for enterprises, and deepen law enforcement supervision for enterprises, striving to create a fair and just legal business environment for market entities.

The policy environment is an important part of the business environment and directly affects the investment decisions of enterprises. The problems and bottlenecks that enterprises face are the focus of policy supply.

Since last year, Shandong has introduced six batches of policy lists and 415 policies, reducing taxes and fees for enterprises by more than 58 billion yuan ($7.9 billion).
