Runners from around China participate in 2023 Jinan Marathon

The highly anticipated 2023 Jinan Marathon took place in Jinan on Oct 29, attracting about 30,000 participants from all over the country.

The race route passed through renowned landmarks such as Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, and Qianfo Mountain, allowing participants to not only enjoy the race but also experience the unique scenery of Jinan.

The event featured a full marathon, a half marathon, and a fun run. The full and half marathon routes passed through multiple famous landmarks in Jinan, while the fun run route was designed for families and children.

The organizing committee of the 2023 Jinan Marathon provided comprehensive logistical support for participants, including food supply, medical assistance, and transportation services.

Xu Wenhao from Weifang, Shandong province, won the men's category of the marathon with a time of 2:16:23, while Li Zhixuan from the Inner Mongolia autonomous region won the women's category.

Chen Yujin from Shanghai University of Sports won the men's half marathon with a time of 1:13:42. Pan Hong from Zhejiang province won the women's half marathon category.

The champions of the mini run category were a father and a son duo.
