Jinan hosts road show, exchange meeting with multinationals in Qingdao

Jinan, capital of Shandong province, hosted a roadshow and an exchange meeting with representatives of multinational corporations who are participating in the fourth Qingdao Multinationals Summit on Oct 11.

The event was co-hosted by the Jinan municipal government and the city's investment promotion bureau. The summit showcases the latest development opportunities in Jinan and helps enhance cooperation between the city and the Fortune Global 500 and global industry leaders.

Jinan, which is located in the heartland of the Yellow River Basin, is an important player in the national strategy for the ecological protection and high-quality development in the basin.

To support Jinan's development, provincial authorities have taken steps to accelerate the construction of the provincial capital economic circle and the Jinan metropolitan area.

The city's 11 major development zones participated in the event and announced key industry opportunities to attract investment and cooperation from multinational corporations. Products of key manufacturing enterprises in the development zones were also displayed outside the event venue.
