Xi'an establishes advanced manufacturing association

The Xi'an Advanced Manufacturing Association was established on June 9 in Xi'an Economic & Technological Development Zone, as the 2023 Xi'an Advanced Manufacturing Development Forum was also held.

The association is a joint, local, non-profit social organization formed by advanced manufacturing enterprises, upstream and downstream industrial chains, innovation chains, supply chains and service chains, and other related enterprises, research groups, service organizations, entrepreneurs, and scientists.

Currently, there are 112 existing member units, including 37 governing units.

The association hired eight industry experts as a think tank for industrial development and consulting services. It issued letters of appointment to Ren Junen, Gao Jiping, Lin Jianwen, and Xue Tieying on the day.

According to a relevant person in charge of the association, while strengthening its construction, the association will focus on the development strategy and planning of the city's advanced manufacturing industry, build a platform for exchange, communication, cooperation, mutual learning, and integrated development, and solve the difficulties encountered by member enterprises, to contribute to the high-quality development of the advanced manufacturing industry in Xi'an.
