North China's Shanxi province made a stunning appearance as the guest of honor at the 36th Dalian Import and Export Commodities Fair (DIECF) in Dalian, Northeast China's Liaoning province, on June 6-11.
At the special exhibition area of Shanxi Brands China Tour at the fair, more than 20 Shanxi-based enterprises displayed over 100 kinds of food, arts and crafts, and glassware products, attracting many visitors and businesspeople.
Wang Xiu, vice-president of Shanxi Provincial Committee of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, said that various promotions, project matchmaking, business surveys and visits held during the fair promoted Shanxi's products to go global and let more people know about the province's culture and products.
