Hohhot launches themed tourism activities

Hohhot, capital city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, launched a camping-themed event on May 19, marking the China Tourism Day, which fell on the same day, according to local media reports.

The occasion was divided into two distinct segments, with the first being an exhibition showcasing an immersive outdoor experience for China Tourism Day. At the same time, the second was a forum dedicated to advancing and enhancing culture and tourism of the highest quality.

The outdoor camping experience area featured specialized sections such as themed parties, equipment facilities, self-driving lifestyles, service platforms, fine cuisine selection, and top campsites.

The top campsites displayed several of the city's highly distinctive camping brand enterprises, including Linxia Space, Qile Fresh Farmer, and Museum Children's Campsite.

The delicate cuisine allowed tourists to visit and taste brand cultural and creative products, non-heritage products, local delicacies, and on-site cooking from nine leagues and counties in the autonomous region.
