Yantai designs ski-waxing truck for Winter Games

China's first ski-waxing truck prepared for the Chinese ski team to attend the Beijing 2022 Winter Games was delivered and put in operation in Beijing on Oct 28.
The truck is largely designed by the Shandong Industrial Design Institute in Yantai High-tech Industrial Development Zone. The truck has a working area of 92.5 square meters with six areas for snowboard waxing.
The institute, China's first provincial industrial design institute, integrates world-leading technologies, design, and talent to provide innovative services and cooperation in basic research, technical support, commercialization of research findings, consulting services, personnel training, exchange and cooperation.
