The Telecommunications, Computer and Information Services exhibition, one of the eight thematic exhibitions at the upcoming 2021 China International Fair for Trade in Services, will present visitors with an Ultra HD audio-visual experience, immersive engagement and high-tech elements such as 5G and green technology services, according to a Beijing Youth Daily report on Tuesday.
The thematic exhibition, which will last from Sept 3 to 7 at the Beijing Shougang Industrial Park — one of the two venues for this year's CIFTIS — will cover an area of 9,600 square meters with 79 enterprise exhibitors participating.
Domestic exhibitors include major telecom operators such as China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom and China Tietong, as well as industrial pacesetters such as BOE Technology, Zhi-Tech Group, and software company DHC. Twelve international exhibitors, including Sony, will also attend.
The exhibition will focus on the impact of the new generation of 5G communication technologies on society and life. Applications for trade in services, with intelligent technologies such as big data, AI, industrial internet, and smart robots, will also be on display.
"China Mobile will present the company's 5G construction and application achievements in three aspects, including personal entertainment, fintech services and 5G industrial applications," said Zhao Xing, vice general manager of market operations for China Mobile Beijing, as quoted by Beijing Youth Daily.
The exhibitors will also build interactive exhibition spaces around social activities, life and work, including family life, health and medical care, financial consumption, social communication, education and entertainment, transportation and logistics, production and manufacturing, urban management and other 5G applications.
