As the rainy season arrives, the Jingdong Yi autonomous county of Pu’er city, Yunnan province, is seeing a flourish of wild fungi draw people seeking more flavors for their dishes.
Yang Hua may be the luckiest among them.
She found three huge boletuses in the garden of the county’s public security bureau on July 1; the biggest one is 40 centimeters in width and length and weighs 2.49 kilograms.
“It is not the first time I found boletuses at the garden of my work place, but it is the biggest one I have ever seen here,” said Yang.
