BEIJING - The upcoming 2020 China International Fair for Trade in Services, to be held in Beijing in early September, will organize 190 activities, including summit forums, industry seminars, and promotional events, its organizers said on Thursday.
The fair will release more than 30 industry development reports, indexes, and rankings, and set up over 10 institutions in e-commerce, information, finance, and other industries, to promote the formation of a long-term mechanism for the development of trade in services.
The fair will also release applications of various new technologies and services, including financial security, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and distance education.
Sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the Beijing municipal government, the fair, with both online and offline exhibitions, covers areas including cultural trade, tourism services, financial services, winter sports, and robotics.
