Promotional event focuses on China's manufacturing industry

The launching ceremony for a media promotional campaign was held at Inspur Group, East China's Shandong province on Dec 2.

The campaign invited reporters from central and local media agencies to interview typical manufacturing companies in Shandong, Liaoning and Anhui provinces and explore the achievements they have made in the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry

The event will highlight some successful examples of the integration of the manufacturing industry with internet, big data, and artificial intelligence to promote digital industrialization and industry digitalization.

At the ceremony, Luo Xiwang, an engineer at the Inspur intelligent factory, discussed the factory's pursuit of development through technical innovation, research and development and automation project promotion.

The group of reporters will visit Weichai Group in Weifang and Hisense Group and Lovol Heavy Industry Co in Qingdao. The campaign was hosted by the Cyberspace Administration of China.
