Six cities set up education alliance in Jiading

Education authorities in Shanghai's Jiading district, Nanjing's Gulou district, Jiangsu province's Kunshan and Taicang, Zhejiang province's Wenzhou and Jinan's Shizhong district established an education alliance on Dec 4 in Jiading.

The alliance is designed to implement the national strategy of integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region, promote regional cooperation in education, expand the supply of high-quality educational resources and accelerate the modernization of education.

According to the agreement, the parties will carry out exchanges and cooperation in various aspects such as curriculum setting, teacher training and education informatization, and promote the higher quality development of basic education.

Teachers from Jiading district, Nanjing's Gulou district and Jinan's Shizhong district also gave class presentations at the Jiading Qiliang Middle School.
