Poyang Lake Crab Festival
The Poyang Lake Crab Festival has been held in Nanchang for the past 17 years. Over this period, the local crab industry has seen a leapfrog development from a locally known to a nationally known brand with an increasing market share.
The crabs, which are bred in an ecological manner, are famous for their rich and tender meat.
In addition to crabs, agricultural products such as rice and traditional Chinese medicine are also showcased at the event.
