Changchun International Automobile Park is located in the core area of Changchun Automotive Economic and Technological Development Area, covering an area of 1.05 million sq m.

The park is shaped like an ancient coin, extending from east to west. With landscaping area of 583,000 sq m and water area of 150,000 sq m, there are more than 50,000 plants among 101 species. It is a large garden themed on automobile culture integrating ecological gardens, rivers and wetlands, automobile culture landscapes, cultural performance venues.

The most distinctive characteristic of the park lies in the organic combination of ecological environment and automobile culture. The theme of the park is to highlight automobile culture of the city. Changchun is a nationally renowned automobile base; the park conforms to the cultural characteristics of Changchun and effectively fills the gap of automobile culture and tourism.

At present, 57 pieces of sculpture works in different textures, sizes and forms created by sculpture masters from different countries are placed randomly but also orderly in the park. The artistic elements of automobile are used to highlight this type of culture.

Since the park was put into use in October 2010, it has undertaken a number of large-scale cultural activities and received more than 160,000 tourists. In December 2018, Changchun International Automobile Park won the title of "top 10 cultural parks in Changchun".
