The hotel officially opened in May 2009 with a construction area of 87,000 square meters and a total investment of more than 600 million yuan ($81.82 million).

Located in Yongqiang Road, Longwan District, Wenzhou, one of the most economically developed city in the Zhejiang, the hotel is four kilometers away from Longwan District Government and Wenzhou Longwan International Airport, 20 kilometers away from Wenzhou Administrative Center, and 25 kilometers away from Wenzhou South Railway Station (High Speed Railway Station).
