It's a kind of sticky cake, an indispensable food or gift for Ethnic Koreans during festivals, birthday celebrations and weddings, not only because of the delicious taste, but because of its interesting making process. Glutinous rice cakes are eaten by a Korean ethnic group, who live in Yanbian prefecture in Northeast China's Jilin province. Served with honey or sugar, it tastes delicious and chewy. And it frequently contains beans, nuts, dried fruit, and other healthy ingredients.
