Day Five: Enjoying flowers in Kunming

Since you have come to the “flower city”, viewing flowers is a must, and the best place to soak in flowers in Kunming is the Kungming World Horticultural Expo Garden.

Kunming World Horticultural Expo Garden is a legacy from the 1999 World Horticultural Exposition. It is 4 km from downtown Kunming. The garden showcases iconic horticultural landscapes duplicated from 95 countries, as well as different cities and provinces across the nation.

The garden, which covers 13,250 square meters, has ive exhibition halls: a Chinese pavilion, global pavilion, “human being and nature” pavilion, technology pavilion, and a greenhouse. In addition, a rafting entertainment project is also available at the garden.
