Noodles with satay sauce (沙茶面 shachamian)
As a traditionally famous Xiamen dish, shacha noodles (noodles with satay sauce) is found everywhere in the streets of Xiamen.
It is famous for its cheap price as well as the spicy flavor of the satay which is not only rich in nutrition, but good for the appetite, body metabolism and dispelling endogenous winds and cold.
