Creative Yunnan Culture Industries Expo

Creative Yunnan Culture Industries Expo, started in 2013, and is held to promote the province's brands. Foreign enterprises from Thailand, Nepal and Pakistan also display their products, along with hundreds of enterprises from all over China.

The expo features several pavilions to showcase jewelries, jades, contemporary arts and embroideries. An outdoor exhibition area would also be set up to display root carvings and a photo exhibition of Yunnan's cultural industries.

As a new exhibition item, embroideries of traditional art such as hats, shoes and loincloths are also available to visitors. The products are produced by enterprises from Yunnan and independent residents from villages of ethnic minorities.
