Fenhe Wetland Park
Known as one of the “four Gentlemen of Winter”, along with plum blossoms, narcissus, and camellia, frost resistant winter jasmines are one of the most common flowers in China. Bathed in the warm spring sunlight, winter jasmines are the ones that come out earliest in the spring after a long winter. The pale green branches are covered with yellow petals and dance in breeze, just like dancing butterflies, adorning small ancient bridges and flowing streams.
