The last nine of the 100 new policies are related to other supportive measures.
The government will implement an optimal electricity price policy in the sectors of cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and e-commerce.
In addition, land priority shall be given to the industries and projects that are encouraged and supported by the state. Express delivery enterprises are also encouraged to either establish independent logistics parks or be provided reserve land in the future after settling in an existing e-commerce park.
