The Sijing Town Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Base serves as a training and exhibition venue for intangible cultural heritage, where the inheritors perform, teach, and give lectures on traditional craftsmanship.

The heritage items include the 300-year-old musical art of gong and drum called Shi Jin Xi Luo Gu (十锦细锣鼓), shadow puppetry, dough figurines and paper cuts and have attracted great attention from local people.

Various activities are regularly organized at the base to increase the exposure of those heritage items.
