The Maoshan Mountain Scenic Area, located in the southeast of Jurong, Zhenjiang province, enjoys convenient transportation, as many highways pass by it, including Huning Highway, Yanjiang Highway, 104 National Road and 312 National Road.
Maoshan Mountain is a famous Taoist holy place, and was one of China's six anti-Japanese bases in mountainous areas.
Its attractions include nine mountains, 19 springs, 26 caves and 28 pools. The highest peak is Damao Mountain with an altitude of 372.5 meters.
