Northeast Agricultural University (NEAU) is a high-ranking agricultural university in China, situated in Harbin, Heilongjiang province. It specializes in agricultural science and life and food science.
Founded in 1948, NEAU has developed into a multidisciplinary university with 16 colleges and one department in the areas of agriculture, engineering, science, economy, management, and art.
At present, the university has 28,052 students, consisting of 24,157 undergraduates and 3,690 graduate students. Meanwhile, the university has 1544 full-time instructors, including 312 professors and 452 associate professors.
