The Leizhou Huazhi Football Club topped the 2017 Zhanjiang Football Association Super League on Dec 30, 2017, prevailing in a year-end showdown at Xiashan Sports Center before local football enthusiasts.
Hosted by the Zhanjiang Football Association and the Zhanjiang Daily, the Super League is the city's highest level football competition. This year's play involved six local clubs.
