Liao Jianhua, Deputy Mayor of Changsha
Liao Jianhua, born in July 1967, is a female ethnic Han from Ningxiang county, Hunan province. She entered the workforce in July 1985. Liao graduated from Hunan Normal University with a bachelor's degree in journalism.
Liao currently serves as the deputy mayor of Changsha and is responsible for civil service in sectors such as territorial resources, sewage treatment and railways.
