Industry tycoons to attend 2018 Big Data Expo in Guiyang

Focusing on the overall orientation of internationalization, specialization, industrialization and sustainability, the 2018 China International Big Data Industry Expo will be held in May next year in Guizhou province's capital city, Guiyang.

A few days ago, officials of Guiyang's foreign affairs office went to Beijing to invite seven major big data enterprises of the Fortune Global 500, including Microsoft, Intel, Dell, Oracle, SAP, SAS and Tesla, to attend the expo in 2018.

For some of the enterprises, next year will not be their first time attending this expo. Among the seven enterprises, Dell, Oracle and SAP have already participated in the event twice and spoke highly of the previous events.

The coming expo is expected to be more professional and attractive, highlighting new themes such as the integration of sharing economy and big data with targeted poverty alleviations. Big data technology will continue to enrich China through future application to more projects involving ecology, tourism, medical treatment and people's livelihood.
