Darhan Muminggan Joint Banner wins big contracts

Darhan Muminggan Joint Banner, a banner under the administration of Baotou city, won contracts for projects worth 3.71 billion yuan ($539 million) at a promotional investment meeting which commenced in Beijing on Feb 27, reports Xinhua.

According to the contracts, the banner is to cooperate with CERCG Inner Mongolia Co and SPIC Inner Mongolia Energy Co on a comprehensive logistics park and railway loading base project, as well as a new energy development project.

Sponsored by the People’s Government of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, the investment fair is aimed at promoting regional projects with various advantages, and to provide opportunities for negotiating trade and investment deals with central State-owned enterprises. The event was attended by cities and leagues from across the autonomous region.
