Hainan Free Trade Port may become a hub for high-tech industry talent

On December 18, the Hainan Free Trade Port officially launched its island-wide special customs operations, activating a "super interface" connecting China's mainland with global markets. In an exclusive interview with China Daily Youth Channel, Cui Fan, chief expert at the Hainan Research Institute of the University of International Business and Economics, stated that by 2035 or the middle of this century, the Hainan Free Trade Port could become a hub for high-tech industry talent.
