In the optoelectronic information sector, entrepreneurs emphasized employing OVC's leading industries to propel cluster development. They advocated prioritizing key projects focused on breakthroughs in core technologies and industrialization. Their goal is to strengthen local platforms, build globally competitive technology hubs, and optimize the industrial ecosystem to encourage the growth of optoelectronic industry clusters.
In the biopharmaceutical sector, representatives proposed creating a seamless service mechanism from research and development to production and establishing a dedicated industrial innovation-guiding fund to expedite the transformation of scientific achievements into patient-benefiting products. They also suggested comprehensive solutions for talent recruitment, optimizing talent pool development, and deepening training and practical cooperation with local universities.
For emerging industries, entrepreneurs recommended increasing support for artificial intelligence (AI) technology applications, integrating AI innovations with global industry chains, and exploring "OVC experiences" and "OVC standards". They emphasized supporting digital transformation and promoting deeper integration between culture and technology.
During the event, Optics Valley Entrepreneurs Association announced the establishment of six industry sub-associations, involving sectors like optical communication, laser, life and health, autonomous security computing, and more. These initiatives aim to continuously enhance service capabilities and support the construction of a World Optics Valley.
