The 17th Cross Strait Tea Industry Expo kicked off on Nov 16 at the Wuyi Conference and Exhibition Center in Fujian province, featuring 2,300 booths across 48,000 square meters.

A cultural gala was staged in Wuyi integrating the city's rich tea heritage with modern stage technologies. The performance offered a rich audiovisual experience, with programs such as "Tea Songs of the Two Mountains", expressing the deep kinship shared across the Strait.

A field study and creative seminar was also held for literary and arts workers from both sides of the Strait. They visited Wuyi Moutain's tea gardens and cultural sites, discussing Zhu Xi's philosophy, tea-tourism integration, and rural vitalization, with the aim of establishing a long-term exchange mechanism.
