Have you ever heard of Lanzhou Museum inside the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) Baiyi Temple? Among the relics collected by the museum, the stupa in the temple should not be overlooked. Built centuries ago, this 12-tiered octagonal brick stupa was meant to bless descendants, ward off evil and bring prosperity.

Precious artifacts were discovered inside the stupa, including gold filigree hairpins inlaid with jade and Dehua ware white-glazed statues. Imagine stumbling upon such hidden treasures!
