Liangjiang launches 'DeepSeek+ Digital Human'

Mashang Consumer Finance Co in Liangjiang New Area recently integrated its digital human, known as Ma Xiao-i, into DeepSeek, creating Chongqing's first smart platform with "DeepSeek+ digital office" capabilities, featuring deep thinking and a 24/7 digital office system.

Ma Xiao-i, developed by the Mashang Consumer AI Research Institute, was launched in January 2024. Initially used for the development of internal digital processes, it achieved a daily peak of over 10,000 intelligent Q&A sessions.

With its integration into DeepSeek, Ma Xiao-i expands beyond simple Q&A services. It now combines enterprise knowledge graphs with DeepSeek's reasoning abilities to form an intelligent hub covering system processes, risk alerts, and decision support. "It's like equipping the digital human with a 'thinking telescope'," said a Mashang Consumer representative.

The representative revealed that his company has established an AI technology system with over 2,300 patents. In the future, DeepSeek's strong reasoning capabilities will be integrated into the An Yi Hua app's smart customer services, enhancing service experiences for over 200 million users.

Mashang Consumer plans to empower professionals and managers across core applications such as HR management, procurement risk control, and legal compliance. Meanwhile, the tech team has launched the integration of Tianjing Large Model 3.0 with DeepSeek, developing a "decision brain" for high-accuracy, high-efficiency, low-cost financial vertical scenarios.

The goal is to enhance interactions in telemarketing, customer service, and asset management, improving the experience for customers.
