In recent years, the Shanxi Provincial Administrative Approval Service Management Bureau has made significant strides in creating an optimal business environment. These efforts have supported the province's high-quality development and comprehensive transformation.
As the leading department for optimizing the business environment, the bureau has implemented 30 key tasks and 119 reform measures, achieving significant improvements.
The bureau has also strengthened digital empowerment and information support, creating a unified and one-stop comprehensive service platform for enterprise-related policies across the province. This platform has published over 15,000 policies and disbursed 219 million yuan ($30.06 million) in funds, ensuring that these policies are quickly and directly accessible to businesses.
Both provincial and municipal government service halls have established specialized or universal comprehensive service windows and are extending services to county and district levels. This has standardized the operation of government services, improved service delivery, and made it more convenient for businesses and the public to access services.
The construction of a new digital and intelligent government operation model will advance the digital transformation of government functions. The provincial government cloud has integrated with finance, education, real estate, transportation, and energy clouds, as well as with 11 municipal government clouds, forming a "1+N" infrastructure across the province.
Employing the "Internet + Supervision" system has innovated and enhanced the system's online supervision methods and application scenarios. This continuous improvement has significantly boosted intelligent business supervision capabilities.
