The 2024 World Marine Equipment Conference will be held in Fuzhou from Nov 15 to 18, alongside the 2nd China Marine Equipment Expo. The expo boasts a vast 100,000-square-meter exhibition space spreading across 16 zones, welcoming 746 companies and showcasing a diverse array of marine equipment offerings.

Spanning 80,000 square meters, the indoor exhibition area will be segmented into 15 zones, covering dual-use marine equipment technology, advanced shipbuilding, green power technology, and more. This gathering of shipbuilders, marine professionals, and suppliers aims to spotlight the latest global marine equipment trends, anticipating over 10,000 professional attendees.

The shipbuilding zone will highlight new vessel materials, advanced processing technologies, electromechanical systems, and the shipbuilding industry and supply chains.

The academic and research zone will house representatives of institutions such as Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, and Harbin Engineering University, as well as over 10 research institutes affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Electronics Technology Group Corporation and more. They will showcase the latest research innovations, technology transfers, and industry-academia collaboration projects.

The guest country of honor for this year's expo is Norway, and 15 Norwegian companies will present pioneering products in Nordic maritime technology within a dedicated 432-square-meter pavilion.

The Fujian pavilion will feature four key zones: electric shipbuilding industry chain, offshore wind power, marine equipment, and deep-sea aquaculture. With 52 participating companies, including industry giants like CATL, Dongfang Electric and Three Gorges Cooperation, the pavilion will comprehensively showcase Fujian's shipbuilding, wind power, and yachting sectors.
