Transformation of Xiangzhou north industrial zone boosts modernization of Zhuhai

The Phase II land transformation plan of the Xiangzhou North Central Innovation Zone renovation project recently received approval from the municipal government, marking a major milestone in the project's construction.

Covering an area of 165,700 square meters, the Phase II project is a core component of the Xiangzhou North Central Innovation Zone renovation initiative. It is designated for purposes such as primary schools, kindergartens, administrative offices, new industries, commerce, business, and residential spaces.

It is Zhuhai's first project involving the comprehensive transformation of an old industrial zone and town, focusing on "integration of industry and city". Through the enhancement of facilities, the project aims to improve urban functionality, enhance the quality of life for residents, and contribute to Zhuhai's goal of becoming a modern city that is both livable and conducive for business.
