With the successful production of the first batch of rare earth magnetic material blanks (trial qualified) on Nov 23, the Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Material Project of Keke (Baotou) Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Technology Co has officially completed construction and commenced production.

In a significant move towards establishing China's most extensive rare earth new material base and positioning itself as a global leader in rare earth applications, the Bayan Obo mining district inked a cooperation pact with Keke (Baotou) Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Technology Co on Aug 26. This agreement solidifies the commitment to build a project capable of annually producing 6,000 tons of high-performance rare earth permanent magnet material at the Bayan Obo Mining District Industrial Park.
