New direct flight to connect Xi'an, Dubai

China Eastern Airlines plans to launch a direct flight from Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, starting from Aug 30.

Outbound flight from Xi'an to Dubai departs on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays with flight number MU705. On Wednesdays and Sundays, the flight departs at 3:05 pm and arrives at 8:15 pm. On Fridays, the direct flight is scheduled from 3:40 pm to 9:05 pm.

The return flight from Dubai to Xi'an is designated as flight number MU706 and will depart every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The flight will depart Dubai at 11 pm every Wednesday and Saturday and arrive in Xi'an at 11:25 am the next day. Every Saturday, the flight will depart at 0:05 and arrive at 12:20.

Chinese citizens with ordinary passports can enter Dubai without a visa for 30 days. However, those traveling to other destinations from Dubai via transit are still required to comply with the transit and travel regulations of the respective destinations.
