The Fourth China-Mongolia Expo is set to take place in Hohhot, capital city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, in September, according to local media reports.

The Commerce Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has drafted and formulated an overall plan for the Expo and is pushing forward the various preparations for the event.

Through the joint efforts of all parties involved, the goal is to turn the Fourth China-Mongolia Expo into a grand event that builds a new pattern of openness and cooperation and shares new opportunities for mutual benefit and win-win results.

The China-Mongolia Expo, a prestigious national-level exhibition, is presently the sole exhibition held in Inner Mongolia. It has been organized thrice before, in 2015, 2017, and 2019, with remarkable success in fostering cooperation and collaboration between China and Mongolia. This expo plays a vital role in promoting economic growth and cultural ties between the two countries, and its significance cannot be overstated.

The expo has paved the way for Inner Mongolia to cooperate with countries worldwide in fields such as economy, trade, technology, and humanities. The previous three expos saw 444 agreements, memorandums, frameworks, and other types of cooperation agreements signed, with investments totaling more than 271.7 billion yuan ($38.26 billion).
