Chinese roses bloom in Pudong

Chinese roses－or Rosa Chinensis in Latin, have started to bloom in Pudong New Area, East China's Shanghai.

The Chinese roses are widely known as the "Queen of Flowers", and May is the best season to admire them.

At Pudong's Century Park, various kinds of Chinese roses are showcased in a large rose garden,  creating a colorful landscape filled with red, pink, and yellow.
