Food Fair Expo kicks off in Lanzhou

The 4th Gansu Food Fair Expo kicked off in the "old street" scenic spot in Lanzhou, capital of Gansu province, as part of the 28th China Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair.

The ongoing event showcases over 700 elegant dishes, 200 snacks and 400 agricultural products from over 200 enterprises from the province.

This activity integrated delicious food with e-commerce and cultural tourism by inviting food livestreamers to taste internet-famous things at the scenic area.

A gourmet book filled with excellent graphics was released during the event that showcases Gansu's snacks, dining halls and renowned dishes. Additionally, a WeChat mini program that gathers the information of 928 restaurants in the province was rolled out to meet consumers' personalized, quality and diversified needs.

Apart from exhibiting the food culture of Gansu, the activity also aims to advocate a healthy, green and quality consumption style, according to the organizer.
