The Ministry of Culture and Tourism recently launched 10 national tourist routes themed on the Yangtze River and a guidebook for boutique routes in the international golden tourism belt of the Yangtze River.
Among the 10 tourist routes, eight cover many scenic spots in Southwest China's Guizhou province, such as the Fanjing Mountain, Hailongtun Ancient Town, Chishui Scenic Area, the Zunyi Conference Memorial Hall, the Baili Azalea Nature Reserve, and the Baili Hualang of Wujiang River Source.
The Yangtze River international golden tourism belt covers 11 provinces and municipalities, including Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan, and Guizhou.
The Ministry of Culture and Tourism selected spots with a significant, influential, and long history to design 10 themed routes, showcasing the natural and outstanding Yangtze River tourism, shaping the overall image of the Yangtze River international golden tourism belt, and enhancing its global competitiveness.
The guidebook for boutique routes in the international golden tourism belt of the Yangtze River covers travel plans, traffic conditions, scenic spots, and travel tips to attract tourists to explore and discover the beauty of Yangtze culture and nature and provide unique Chinese cultural tourism experience.
