A breathtaking sea of clouds recently appeared at Shennong Peak and Shennong Valley in Shennongjia, Hubei province. Looking from above, patches of white clouds parted and swirled around the mountains, resembling a wonderland under the sunlight.
Located in western Hubei province, Shennongjia is celebrated as "the Roof of Central China" and a "Green Treasure". In 2016, it was recognized as a world natural heritage site, becoming the first site in China to be included in UNESCO’s Man and Biosphere Reserve, Global Geopark, and World Heritage programs.
