Huangpu launches new talent services mechanism

To further stimulate the vitality of talent innovation and entrepreneurship, Guangzhou's Huangpu district market supervision administration and Huangpu district's high-level talent association recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement to launch a new "fast processing" talent business service mechanism.

Through this mechanism, high-level talents who invest and start businesses in Huangpu can apply for fast processing services regarding commercial registration, food and medicine licensing, special equipment licensing, as well as file inquiries.

The mechanism will eliminate the need for appointments and waiting times and will shorten the processing time to half a day. Huangpu will also set up talent service stations to provide "one-on-one" services and guidance throughout any process.

In recent years, Huangpu has launched several talent policies, such as the "10 Talents Measures" and the "10 Measures for the International Talent Port", which give great support to talents in terms of purchasing houses, attaining allowances, raising income, and evaluations.

In the future, Huangpu will further optimize its talent innovation and entrepreneurship environment. It will attract more outstanding talents to settle down in the district, and boost its talent innovation and development.
