China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair

The 9th China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair will be held in Shanghai from April 14 to 16, 2022.


The China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair (CSITF) is a national-level professional fair specially designed for international technology trade.

It is co-organized by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the China National Intellectual Property Administration and the Shanghai municipal government, and supported by United Nations Industrial Development Organization, the United Nations Development Programme, and the World Intellectual Property Organization.

Themed on “tech creates world”, the event has been successfully held eight times since 2013.

The 8th CSITF was held in Shanghai from April 15 to 17, with an exhibition area of 35,000 square meters, and attracted 25,662 professional visits. Several forums and themed day activities were also held. 1,028 enterprises participated in the fair to showcase their latest technologies, hitting a record high. The three-day event witnessed the inking of 524 letters of intent for cooperation.

With “technology betters life” as the core concept, the 9th CSITF is themed on “innovation-driven development, intellectual property protection, and technology trade promotion”, and aims to actively build a platform for exhibitions, communication and services, and to promote the development of technology trade by integrating scientific and technological innovative achievements at home and abroad.
